  • We’ve designed this incubator to give you the greatest opportunity for success. We cannot effectively do that in a few short weeks. Just as we do with our long-term retainer clients, we believe a longer-term engagement allows for the space to test, refine, and re-launch is key. Our pacing is intentional. If you need/desire results more quickly, and are willing to invest in a done-for-you service, our full-service option may be a better choice for you.

  • There are a few possible learning outcomes after spending 12-months inside the Impact Incubator:

    Outcome 1: You got what you came for! You designed, launched, ran, and refined your course/program twice! You made your investment back, plus a lot more, and you go on your merry way, armed with the confidence of designing, serving, and scaling your offer to the masses!

    Outcome 2: You’d like to maintain contact and continue to network with the people in the incubator. You can re-enroll at the founder’s price which you will have locked in upon enrollment the first time.

    You went through the launch process twice and for whatever reason, did not make your initial investment back. We stand by these methodologies. If you did not make your initial investment back after following the plan we laid out for you, you can extend your enrollment at no extra charge for another 6 months and go through the process a 3rd time, on us.

    You enroll, you don’t look at the material again, you don’t implement anything and you’re in the same place you are today. This is, of course, not an option we recommend.

  • Perfect! Even if you’ve never sold a group program before, we’ll design your program in the first 30 days of your Incubator experience. By leveraging our background in adult education, you’ll have a group program that you can be proud to offer. You’ll learn how to ensure your students experience positive outcomes and then you’ll also learn how to sell these seats at scale.

  • Your enrollment is non-refundable. We will absolutely not pressure you into the decision to join the Impact Incubator. Use your wisest discernment and decide if this is your next right step. Please, only enroll if you want to learn how to build & launch & scale programs for greater impact and greater income. Our promise to you is that we will guide you every step of the way. But we want you to feel great about your decision to enroll.

  • Yes! These concepts can apply to an in-person or online learning environment. In other words, you will gain the skills and expertise to help you excel as a leader for any experience where you’re presenting content for the betterment of participants. This includes retreats, workshops, personal development seminars, professional development seminars, group coaching programs, memberships, certification programs, and more.

  • You will need to use your best discernment and trust your inner knowing. This is an investment in your business growth & the expectation is that you are an active participant in your learning. Rest assured, we’ve intentionally paced this incubator so that you can continue working in other areas of your life. You are not expected to (nor do we want you to) be working on your program and launch all day every day for a year.

    For further clarity, it might help to talk about what this Incubator is NOT:

    -This is not a month-to-month membership. It is a one-year commitment to scaling your business with a guarantee of success if you do the work (see our Outcome Guarantee, above for more information).

    -This is not a hurry-up-and-cram-it-all-in-12-weeks kind of course. We know you have a life that needs tending. Plus we honor the time it takes to test, refine, and relaunch.

    -This is not therapy, life-coaching, 1:1 consulting, financial or legal advising.

    -This is not a get-rich-quick marketing course, nor a program where you show up to listen to people talk at you. This is an incubator where we teach you skills & strategy to set you up for the greatest chance of success.

    -This is not a program with coaches coaching coaches to be better coaches for coaches program. We are tired of that, too.
